Free Shipping

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 11–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays
Gem Days is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, severe weather or events beyond our control. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, so we recommend ordering early for the holidays.
