Products
Product images show the general design of our products. The actual product may have minor differences due to screens, lighting or production batches. These are not considered defects.

Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund. Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they ship.

Liability
Gem Days is not responsible for carrier or customs delays, or misuse of the product. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. Our products contain small parts, so adult supervision is recommended for children.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website is owned by Gem Days and may not be copied without permission.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and do not affect your statutory rights.
